May is upon us already! It's time to book for July and October school holidays before the flights and resorts are all booked out. I've just returned from Koh Lanta in Southern Thailand and can tell you it's fabulous! It's off the beaten track, away from the tourist traps, yet the island offers the superb luxury that we all want and deserve. We've made it our Destination of the Month below. There's so much going on in Thailand at the moment - look out for the Royal Barge Procession in Bangkok on 2, 6, 9 and 12 June from 18:30 - 19:30 along the Chao Phraya River. We also have the Thai Candle Festival, the Floral Festival and the Phi Ta Khon festival, which conjures the spirit and ghosts of Thais ancestors, all coming up in June and July.
