Dear Reader,

Welcome to our final edition for 2008.

You will be pleased to know that the recent distractions in Bangkok have ended and it is business as usual. Thailand is ready and waiting to greet you. The weather is perfect, hotels all spic 'n span, shops brimming, night clubs ready to rock n roll, spas waiting to soothe. The whole country is eagerly awaiting to welcome you back with its famous Thai smile.

From everybody at Tuk Tuk express we would like to thank you for your support and feedback and wish you all an enjoyable and uplifting summer.

Matina Sukhahuta, jewellery designer from the fashion-forward sister trio Sretsis, took her bold and opulent aesthetic indoors when she launched her first store in Bangkok last week:

"This store will be like an archive of my collections. The Matina Amanita story will be shown in the 'Hall of Frames', a pictorial exhibition that tells the story of my designs from the beginning."
