The wide range of diving sites and a rich variety of coral and marine life make Koh Tao one of the most exciting and superb offshore spotgs in the Gulf of Thailand and in the world. The main diving sites are Green Rock, Chumphon Pinnacle, and Southwest Pinnacle.
Apart from diving sites, Koh Tao has many peaceful and idyllic beaches on the island such as Hat Sai Ri (the longest beach on its west coast), Hat Chalok Ban Kao and Hat Sai Daeng on the south coast. There are plenty of bungalosw and resorts available on the Island.
