Death Railway laid bare for Anzac Day
The 1957 film The Bridge on the River Kwai may be responsible for wider interest in the Thailand-Burma Railway, but for families and country men of the World War II prisoners of war who experienced the Death Railway, their reasons for coming here run far deeper.
